Welcome to the first spring issue of The Art List! After a few weeks of hiatus, we are back with your guide for art openings and events to attend, and the best exhibitions to catch.
Two gallery shows from this list that I’m excited to make it to are Jessie Stevenson’s abstract canvases at Sapling and the whimsical ceramics on view in this duo show at Tristan Hoare.
As for museum shows, absolutely don’t miss the Alice Neel retrospective at the Barbican (it is tightly curated and the perfect length - be sure to stay to watch the short film at the end as it offers great insight into Neel’s charisma).
Happy art-going.
X,
Amanda
